Packages
Flexible conference packages include refreshments, snacks, and meal options designed to keep delegates energized throughout the day.
Typical catering options may include:
Tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice, flavoured water, Appletiser and Grapetiser, pastries, muffins, home-made biscuits, sweets, fresh fruit kebabs, and a range of lunch choices.
Cocktail events for up to 40 people can be hosted in The Strandloper, and for up to 20 in The Nautilus.
PLEASE NOTE:
Beverages during lunch are not included in the package and will be charged on consumption. Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the function as we’ll cater and charge accordingly. Our kitchen is neither Kosher nor Halaal but special meal requirements can be catered for. These may incur an additional fee. Please make your enquiry with the co-ordinator.
Work & Stay
Extend your event into a complete corporate retreat with comfortable accommodation onsite. The hotel features 26 en-suite rooms with views of either False Bay or Elsie’s Peak, providing a convenient stay for conference delegates.
